This Client Agreement is made between Acumen and the Client engaging in land purchase, shareholding, or investment services facilitated by Acumen. By signing, accepting, or making payment, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement
This agreement covers the purchase of land, allocation of property, or participation in shareholding investment projects facilitated by Acumen. It defines the responsibilities of both parties in relation to payment, allocation, and ownership processes.
The Client agrees to pay the agreed purchase price according to the payment schedule provided. A deposit may be required to secure a plot or shareholding position, with the balance payable within the agreed timeline. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in cancellation of the agreement.
Upon full payment, the Client shall be entitled to land allocation or shareholding rights as specified in the project structure. In shareholding arrangements, ownership represents a proportional interest in the project or land and is subject to subdivision or final registration processes.
Ownership, title deeds, or formal transfer documents will only be processed after full payment and completion of all legal requirements. Acumen will facilitate the process but final registration is subject to relevant government authorities and legal procedures.
The Client agrees to provide accurate personal information, complete payments on time, and cooperate in providing any required documentation. The Client also confirms that they have read and understood all project details before committing.
Cancellations are subject to the terms of the specific project agreement. In most cases, payments made after confirmation of allocation are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Acumen.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Republic of Kenya.
By making payment, signing documents, or participating in Acumen projects, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Client Agreement.nya.
