All payments for land purchase or shareholding under us must follow the agreed payment plan stated in the invoice or contract. This may include a deposit and scheduled instalments depending on the project arrangement.
A deposit may be required to reserve a plot or secure a shareholding position. This deposit confirms intent to purchase but does not complete ownership until full payment is made.
Payments are only considered valid once they are received and officially confirmed through Acumen’s approved channels. Official receipts or acknowledgements will be issued for every confirmed transaction.

Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation of allocation, loss of reservation, or reassignment of the property or shares to another buyer or investor.
